God's blessing...prosperity or adversity? Which do you choose?

I believe adversity is a gift from the Creator for those times when our hard hearts and stiff necks refuse to do what's right and veer off that course. Nothing motivates one back on track like a good ole dose of Pain. To answer your question, I prefer prosperity but I don't curse adversity either.
