How do you feel about Paula leaving American Idol?

In my opinion even if she was a little... off sometimes, she is still like the mother to all of the contestants. They could always count on Paula to encourage them and even when they did poorly she would say "Oh, you just had a bad night". I think they need someone to be the emotional/mother type on the show. I am going to miss her. What do you think?
