What should I do about this leo boy?

My friend tim is a leo. We've been friends for like 8 years, he liked me a while back...but at the time it couldn't work. So I recently told him I like him then we kissed....and he told me it cant work cause of long distance. He lives 2 hrs away. But lately I just feel like he doesn't care about me anymore....he never texts me or ims me...I always text or im him. And I imed him tonight telling him i'm sad that we dont talk and he said me too, but I told him no u just dont care and he got all weird saying stop it gets old quick, just stop. Cause I did tell him before that he doesn't care. I really like him and value our friendship, but we dont even communicate anymore....So how do I get him to talk to me?? what should I do...I'm so upset by him. What is a good way to talk to a leo boy?
