What constitutes Enlightenment? What after enlightenment?

To realize through a Mystic experience that you are one with your Creator Spirit. After? To try and spread the Mystic message of Love and the simple rule of doing unto others as you would have them do to you, if this simple message could be spread through out the world we could have peace and harmony, this is enlightenment for me!
