NEED HELP ON GETTING A GREAT BIKINI BODY!!?

Yeah, it would help if you would put your height too, lol. But you definitely want to tone your legs, arms, and tummy! Push ups work too. 100 might be too much in one session... try 50-70. Running is good for toning your legs (: Sit ups will work to work your tummy muscles. good luck!
