Emo girls.. where do you get your hair cut?

okay, so i want to get my hair cut because its to long. this time im going to get a emo hair cut. i have long hair so i want to cut it in layers.. also to get bangs that go over my left eye. but i need a good place that i can trust near san leandro, oakland, or a place near there.. thanks
