Frequency, period, amplitude etc...?

Hi, I am doing a physics lab and am having problems calculating the frequency and period using the discovered information. The lab involves a pendulum. The length of string that the weight hangs from is given (first test is 100centimeters which is 1meter), and the hanging pendulum is pulled to the side 10degrees from rest (10degrees from hanging perfectly verticle). The time is calculated from 10 swings (first test is 10seconds). Using the information (length, time, degrees from verticle rest etc.) how do I find the frequency, period, and amplitude? Any help is greatly appreciated.
