How do write an intext citation MLA from an anonymous participant who took my survey?

I writing a research paper and for it I conducted a survey. One of the questions on the survey was a free response and I want to quote some of what my participants said, but Im not suppose to reveal their identity. How do I write a proper in text citation for this? MLA format
