Is paula radcliffe gonna be running in the marathon or has she retired or what.?

I read in a newspaper (London/UK) that she damaged a part of her tailbone and was on crutches for awhile, but I'm not sure as to how recent that was and if she's back to training. She did have a baby though, Jan 17 of 2007.
