Dr. changed clomid days 3-7 per request. Could I possibly be ovualting now?

I asked a few weeks ago about taking clomid days 1-5 like my dr. said. And a few people replied that they never heard of this days 1-5 so I called my dr. and told him I would prefer to take my clomid either days 3-7 or 5-9. He said to try to induce ovulation in certain cases you need to take clomid as early into the cycle as possible. So yes it is prescribed days 1-5, but the common days are 3-7 or 5-9. He did tell me if I was uncomfortable with days 1-5 I should take it days 3-7. So I did I'm now on CD 10 and have mild cramping on right side, EWC mucus (I Always get this after my cycle-I just don't release an egg), and did BD last night. Could I finally be ovulating. I don't want to go out and buy more ovulation Predictor tests-they've all been negative every month for the past 2 years. Anyone whose taken clomid days 3-7 have you had these symptoms around CD 10? Did you get pregnant that cycle?
