Married Man 50, Wife having a bad time with Menopause. She lost desire and Hubby's Sperm seems less and hard.?

When Sperm is released,Approx every 2 weeks or so, it's less and is hard, thick, like it dried up in the tube. Will this have a bad effect physically regarding prostrate issue's?? Plugged Plumbing..
