I would like to ask about why calls to cuba are to spensive?

Cubans are always on the prices being more expensive that the country closer. magic jack uses maybe we could do something nobody has ever managed to lower prices to call cuba from using maybe one day the Cubans who live in USA does not pay such a high price for having our family headed by a dictatorship.
