True or False: God hates the sin but not the sinner?

I am a muslim. Allah knows everything that is going to happen to us/that we are going to do wether it is bad or not. There is not a human ever born that has not done one thing bad. I think that Allah makes everyone have a bad side to see how they will learn from their mistakes and if they will realize that what they did is bad and then repent. So yes God hates the sin but likes the sinner if they realize that what they have done is bad (thats basically how we learn to mature in life) and repent.
