Would it be smarter to engine swap or just buy a new car?

I have a 94 honda accord and i was thinking about swapping a h22 engine into it. on the other hand. people have been telling me to just save up and buy like a honda prelude. although from looking at the prices... it would seem that the engine and swap would probably cost less then a nice prelude. your opinon?
